Submissions

Your interest in contributing to the Slovenian Law Review is much appreciated. The Review will gladly consider unsolicited submissions written in one of the three languages of the review (English, German and French). We seek well-written manuscripts with original arguments making important contributions to legal scholarship as well as the general practice of law. The articles may be submitted at any time and will, in the event of a publication offer, be published at the next available opportunity.

The authors considering submitting an article for publication are kindly advised to consult the Submission Guidelines [.doc .pdf] which include further general information as well as house rules on style and citation format. A proper appreciation of the guidelines will improve the contribution's chances of being accepted for publication, while any significant departure may hinder or preclude the review process from being carried out.

Each competent article will be sent for an anonymous review to a renowned international scholar (outside Slovenia) in the field and evaluated by the Editorial Committee in light of the review. It is possible that the author will receive comments and be given an opportunity to improve the article before the publication or before a final decision is made.
