Research and other activities
The Faculty of Law has established research institutes, some of which became legally independent. They are still closely connected to the faculty of Law, as researchers are led by the professors from the faculty. These institutes are the following :
- Institute of Comparative Law
- Institute of Public Administration
- Economic Institute of the Faculty of Law
- Institute of International Law and International Relations
The research activity of the faculty and its institutes currenty includes 33 projects that are financed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology as well as a number of projects financed though private resources. The Faculty of Law is strongly interconnected though institutes and its professors with universities and research institutes around the world. Thus, for instance, the Department of Law and Economics cooperates with WIIW Vienna, WWC Washington, link project University of Pennsylvania, Bologna University.
