Mohor Fajdiga je raziskovalec in asistent na katedri za ustavno pravo. Po 15-mesečnem sodniškem pripravništvu na Višjem sodišču v Ljubljani se je leta 2020 zaposlil na Pravni fakulteti. V letu 2021 je opravil pravniški državni izpit. Raziskovalno se ukvarja s zastraševalnim učinkom (ang. chilling effect) in svobodo izražanja sodnikov ter s sodniško neodvisnostjo in izbirnimi postopki za sodnike. Sodeluje pri dveh raziskovalnih projektih s področja sodstva.
