Invitation to Autumn School “Law and the Challenges of Digital (R)evolution”

We invite you to join us at the Autumn School “Law and the Challenges of Digital (R)evolution”, which will take place on Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 9:00 to 17:30, at the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana (Poljanski nasip 2, 1000 Ljubljana).

How does law respond to the rapid pace of technological development? What do artificial intelligence, justice, and military technologies have in common? Who sets the boundaries of digital surveillance and how do we address new challenges in protecting the dark sky, one of the key natural resources for astronomical observation?

The Autumn School provides an opportunity to explore topics that connect law, technology, and the future of society, and to hear from leading domestic and international experts.
