The purpose of the project was to create a legal guide for foreign investors who will cooperate with Aktiva skupina d.o.o. in the future. Aktiva is a company with branches abroad and has previously cooperated with foreign investors. As an economic entity, Aktiva often faces lengthy information-gathering during negotiations with foreign investors, who request essential data on the company's operations and the Slovenian market in general. This problem complicates and prolongs negotiations, reducing Aktiva's competitiveness, which has been seeking a foreign investor for a long time. Due to ambiguities and insufficient information, the investor later decides not to cooperate with them and enter the Slovenian market. The project involved creating a legal guide for foreign companies seeking to expand into the Slovenian market. Our goal was to ensure that foreign entities do not face obstacles when deciding to enter our market due to information dispersion, but can find the most relevant data in one place. The legal guide can be used whenever a foreign investor wishes to join their group and expand their business into the Slovenian market. In the guide, we provided the necessary information on legal forms and the labor force, analyzed tax legislation, and highlighted optimal solutions.
