Dougan Filip

Filip Dougan is a teaching and research assistant at the Department of Civil Law. He joined the Faculty of Law in 2018, where he is currently a PhD candidate. His teaching and research work focus on civil procedural law and private international law. From the academic year 2023/2024, he is also involved in teaching the course Foreign Legal Terminology - French. He is a team mentor at the PAX Moot Court and Concours européen des droits de l'homme René Cassin and co-organiser of the Summer School of French and European Law. His doctoral thesis deals with property relations of cross-border couples.
